1. 7-Day Refund Window
We offer a no-questions-asked refund for any charge within seven (7) calendar days of the first paid charge on a new account. Subsequent charges are non-refundable except as described in Section 3.
2. How to Request
Email support@Samurai.xyz from the address registered on the account with:
- the Stripe charge ID (visible on your invoice), and
- a one-line note that you want a refund.
Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Usage
Metered usage that has already been consumed (i.e., API calls that returned a non-error response and were billed) is not refundable beyond the 7-day first-charge window. Calls that returned 5xx errors from our infrastructure are automatically credited.
4. Subscription Cancellation
If the Service offers a subscription tier in the future, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a monthly billing cycle will be issued on request within that 7-day window only.

Please contact us first. Chargebacks initiated without a prior support request may result in account suspension.
